lalor has about 150 in about 50 grade matches at an average of about 15 and took about 8 wickets in his 2nd fc match, ftr. he has done well for his sides in the past.

Why doesn't Joe Burns get much of a mention with the young batsman in Oz? Was just as good as Lynn last season and far better this season.

Good to see possibly 3 young batsman playing State cricket who will be in the u19 WC later this year in Cam Bancroft (WA), Travis Head (SA), Kurtis Patterson (NSW). Do they have any real potential for those who have seen them play?

Patterson scored an impressive ton on debut for us, but he hasn't gotten a fair shake of the sauce bottle.

I'm not completely sure why. Burns has a nice technique and is savage on anything wide of off stump. Basically he seems like a cricketer who he hits the ball in the area that the ball should be hit. It sounds stupid, but what I'm trying to say is that he's an uncomplicated batsman, which I like.
