Muh boi Heazlett with a ton against SA, going to be an interesting season for him.
On his List A debut too, impressive. Wonder if a good season will be enough to make the National team. Lots of under 25 batting talent in Australia right now.

Two or three at the least I'd imagine.

Man, now this SA A side is going to be beaten by a team made up of mostly kid debutants.

Adelaide, rookie at Redbacks too I believe.

They actually won't have too shabby choice for secondary pace stocks this season with Agar the Younger in the mix too.

Nice work by Tremain and Worrall.

Thought Tremain was a battler at first class level but he has certainly done well in this A series of games

Trem's pretty ugly to face when he gets going. A few clubs would be pretty happy if he didn't have to play for Melbourne CC again in the future.

Another bag for Tremain

Stoney Stoinis doing ok , Lynn doing what Lynn does

Cartwright also putting in a good performance

Interesting scorecard

Not a great start for Aus A, even worse knowing Ross and Maxwell have to save you

Nair takes out Nair, will be interesting looking from the outside to see how he progresses in the Aussie system.

so what's the difference between the NPS and A
A is meant to be reasonably close to the second XI, or at least players who the selectors are looking at in the immediate future. Sometimes A teams also include first choice players who are specialists in one format while the national team is playing other formats, just to make sure they're still getting cricket.

NPS is for talented younger players who have just broken in to domestic cricket.
