Hanif Mohammad was the original "little master", eons before Sachin Tendulkar usurped him. An opening batsman with unquestionable patience, he is most famous for playing the longest test match innings ever recorded- 337 runs compiled over 970 minutes. Hanif was the original hero of Pakistan. His wicketkeeping was also a crucial element of his famous versatility.
