ATTN: International Managers

Blewy

Cricketer Of The Year
Hey Guys,

Here is a file with all the players and their Nationalities...

When selecting your squads, you must pick 20 players(which will cover both OD and 4D)... On top of this you are to pick a further 5 players to be used in case of long term injuries to squad members...

Please work 2gether on your squads as if your team doesnt perform both your heads will be on the chopping block...

I've also enclosed the International Schedule...
This off-season will have a World Cup as well as the 1st Test and ODI Series...
Good Luck

Any questions just ask...

Australia Announce Squad

Australian managers Brendon Goff and Simon Fitzsimmons have finally agreed on a 25 man outfit to take on the world this year. The 20 main players selected are all of high quality and are selected with a view to each player getting a high level of game time. The 5 players who have been chosen as back up all came into consideration when chosing the main team, however we feel the side is very well balanced and if any of these players were to be needed they would do the country proud. ACT provide 6 members to the overall squad, while South Australia, Kent and Victoria contribute 3 each. Auckland captain Jack Smith has been appointed skipper of the side and we are sure he will lead from the front in both forms of the game, Michael Dawn and Hagis Midlane have been selected as his deputies and will share the role for the whole campaign.

Australia
J Smith (Auckland) (Captain)
H Midlane (South Australia) (Vice Captain)
M Dawn (ACT) (Vice Captain)
A Jones (Karnataka)
C Donald (Somerset)
D Dawson (Northerns) (wicketkeeper)
D Hussey (Free State)
F Platt (ACT)
H Jenkins (Western Australia)
J Moss (Victoria)
L Ronchi (Western Australia) (Wicketkeeper)
M Jenkins (Kent)
M Ramage (ACT)
O Beasley (Victoria)
O Snow (South Australia)
Q Moore (New South Wales)
R Ponting (ACT)
R Stratton (Kent)
S Harwood (Victoria)
U Sammels (Tasmania)

Emergencies

Wow i think the World Cup is going to be very challenging.. atleast we are lucky to perhaps not have the toughest of the 2 groups?

And as for the WI series.. i think NZ have the advantage on that one for season 1..

BTW.. can we have someone do a fresh ODI and Test Rankings for Teams startin from when the International Off Season begins.. perhaps on a good model (Not on the ICC ranking ! ) so we can compare the countries and have more to rabble and battle on about :)

We will be having a Test and ODI Table.. After each team has played each other once the top side will take on a Combined Rest of the World side in a Super Series.....
