Wow Durani, I would have loved to see him live and in good form.
I think I could have waited right till the end to get him...but that's another average bracket that's hard to find a good pick in and so I decided to nab him. Helps with team balance too as he is a genuine top 6 batsman, useful bowler and a good fielder.

If I didnt get him my planned XI would be way too lopsided.

Definitely one of the more facinating Drafts. So much so that it's really starting to do my head in.

oo double pick time! bill 'tiger' o'reilly (10-15)

and roger twose (25-30)

i need to beef up the batting attack and had two players in mind for the 25-30 range. one performed really good at fc level, the other really good at odi level, both meh at tests. bevan performed remarkable well at both.... :(

anywaywent with twose because he at least proved himself on the international stage against quality bowling, unlike his poor ol blood axe

ian healy as my number seven specialist batsman

there are plenty of better specialist batsmen in that bracket than healy....
ramprakash?

remember i do not know a lot of the names there - the other i considered was grant flower but went with healy because i don't recognise a lot of names there so go figure

Oh yeah, if you have Engineer, I take it back. Weird pick :p
just thinking about it since nobody else has picked yet (like howe i think it was did) i'm thinking of changing to ramprakash, he has a very good FC record and was a fairly good batsman when on... since nobody has picked can i swap?

i also don't want to stack my side with keeper bats because that's a prick move

my lack of cricketing knowledge is really hurting me in this bracket

especially considering i was originally going to go moeen, he was a name i was also tossing up.
