That's exactly what u need. I won't put it past that SL might even beat one of Aus/Eng WI. Sri lankan selectors need to use their brains for once. Kumara played in Aus when they toured over there for T20s & did cause troubles with his express pace.

most of Australian, English, NZ and SAF T20batsmen are technically sound. When Mehedy Hasan Miraz comes and throws his bat at a SR of 200, are the sort of innings, express pace will prevent. Chameera other than being for quick is pretty good too. But for SENA sides it will be spinners that will cause troubles, especially unorthodox ones.

Did u watch them in WT20? they were pretty decent for most parts. Didn't win as many games but didn't exactly got rolled over too. Beat Australia in recent ODI series as well. They are by no means a terrible side.

I would say there is no major difference between the current top ten t20 teams. Any team can win on a given day.

Yes but some teams will get exposed on those Aussie pitches. In UAE it is more toss dependent &, basically a lottery.

i did and yet again if the bar for being a good side is to not get embarrassed in a tournament then it is very low indeed

Proves that bowling 140 plus is no use if you’re just gonna spray it about

SL doesn't really has a lot of options wrt to pacers... Asitha & Pathirana have been tonked already vs middling teams. Kumara would provide them a attacking option.

not sure why we’re switching formats again when we’re talking about t20s. Also not sure why a couple of ‘match winning performances’ mean he doesn’t spray it around. Ebadot has a match winning spell in NZ, does that mean he isn’t wildly inaccurate most of the times?

SL not having a whole lot of pace options is exactly why I’m calling them as a not so good T20 side
