There is no way using ArtMoney apart from increasing your overall budget in ArtMoney. Then you can up your Youth money to $50,000 and just use CNT-ALT-DEL if you don't get any decent Youth Players!!

Finally i figured it out. I now no how to use artmoney for icc 2006. If you want cap files that have been edited with artmoney the go to www.planetcricket.net then go to forums. I went their last night for and its awesome.
