After losing Maduwantha to injury in Bangladesh's first innings I had to finish the game with 10 men.

Does anyone else find the 'control the strike' thing works a little too well? I've had plenty of partnerships of 100+ in which the tailender hardly faces a ball. Just had an 82-run stand to which the tailender contributed 0* off 3.

Haha, gun. I'm eagerly awaiting my first gun youth player in my Gloucestershire game. Also scored Darren Lehmann as a Kolpak player :D However, it cost me £88,500 a year, so my overseas players for this season are Di Venuto and this Sri Lankan SLA bowler, Indrasiri, who averages around 16 in both FC and List A - should be good :-O

Anyway, solid start to the season for Lehmann:

Oh my. Not really sure, but is this close to a record for the least amount of matches/innings to reach 1000 runs for a season?

For some reason I felt like going back to ICC2 while we wait for the new and (hopefully) improved ICC 2007. Forgot how cool ICC2 is, especially with the editor. Anyway, this was a nice comeback victory over the West Indies in the World Cup.
