At 21 they should be looking like this at very least IMO:
Prsanna Jeithoon - 21 yo, BT Rating=101,136
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, lively fitness.
A defensive player with woeful leadership skills and mediocre experience.
Stamina: superb Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: abysmal Concentration: respectable
Bowling: masterful Consistency: exceptional
Fielding: proficient

Let him pop to surperb stamina and then transfer to a fielding net. Personally I think keeping and fielding combo is more useful when a player is 19 plus. When they are 17 and 18 they still pop at five weeks a lot of time. 19 and over its pretty much 4 weeks each pop.
