BARNES OUT
Game in the balance here against downy. Got his best bats out, just waiting for Lambert and Conn to come back to finish the job. It's clowdy and he's got an uneven pitch, could see him defending 120-150.

End of Over 31: 108-5, runrate=3.48
Hyde 9-1-39-1
Hunter* 15 (17 balls)
Beesley 47 (88 balls)

Excellent batting effort against the side above me in the league.

Ryan was out 3rd ball, again but then Ryan made 118 off 104 balls and Elmes made 176 off 145 deliveries with Garcia making 49* (43) to take the score to 3-368. Should be enough, but knowing my bowlers...

The massive NRR boost that I'll be getting should leave me pretty much guaranteed to finish first in the league.

2. Beechboro Titans 9 7 0 2 28 5.56
I wouldn't be surprised at all to lose to the Titans the next time I play them, but all the other games should be fairly easy wins really.

Knock off one of contenders the title today. Rolled them for 51, Jeithoon got 6-fer and chased it down with 10 wickets in hand. Wishing I rested Murali now, ****. The other two contenders are set for big wins as well. Still need to play one of them, but the race is likely to come down to NRR. Want to promote to D2 this season, as I'm over D3 sides. But reckon FC looks the best option ATM. Oh well see what happens.

Saggers - if you can't get home form here...
T'was nice to get a win under the belt, but my bowling still wasn't great especially once their best bat was out for 62 and with the huge tail they've got we should have had them all out a lot quicker. Still pretty good win.

Two horse race now in the OD league. Basically need them to lose to have a chance really. Have a pretty similar run in though. Both playing 5th and 6th, a match against the bottom two and 3rd or 4th. FC is pretty much in my own hands though.

1. Ranatunga's Runners 10 8 0 2 32 29.97
2. Jaffna Jets 10 8 0 2 32 25.69
Oh well in other news Jeithoon took his 200th wicket for the club in ODs. (Y)

Code:
Jeithoon	200
Priyantha	183
Sishayi 130
Muralitharan	123
Dowdall 117
