I ended up selling that proficient spinner I pulled a couple of weeks ago for $780k, after nobody bidding on him at $2m and $1m respectively. I bought a new prof spinner though who got 3/13 off 8 overs today and gave me my first ever rating higher than competent in my reporters summary!

Really happy with that. TIE was the right decision with all my close matches coming up in the next three weeks. Burnip was sensational, taking his OD League Average to near 60, Browne lead the side well, Smart was very economical, somehow Read was aswell and Greene = Aaron Heal. Very good signs.

Agreed. Had fun in my first full season against an entirely bot team, then lost every single league match in IV the next season. Looks like this and the next season will replicate the previous.

It's interesting that Verhoeven got MOTM, seems like they might have tweaked that aspect of the game as last season the most successful batsman on the winning side always got the award.
