Watch out for this guy will be next greatest thing to hit SL Under 19s. 3 Batting, 1 Bowling, 1 Fitness and 1 Fielding, unless the U19 Manager wants me to try him as all rounder but i got 3 other trainees i want to keep going so i need 4 other nets.

Expecting to be knocked out of the cup today after our best ever cup run. Facing a better all round side, though my 3 best players are better than any of his. But our PFL's are ****ed so I'm playing my second string team. Would be hilarious if we won or came close to winning.

Sack off the 3rd batting net and get it on bowling as the third one is a waste.

Yeah, seriously. I s'pose if you really want an U19 player then it might be necessary, but otherwise you're pouring most of a net straight down the drain. Nice trainee, though - just think whether you want someone for your squad first, or for the national side.

Well if you look at most of the top sides in SL they all seem to have NT players that they have trained themselves. Most have said that they put three primary nets on so i don't think its a big waste. Long term it will make a difference, short term it wont.

Then they are idiots too. Isn't it something like a 40% return on a 3rd net? That's crap, get it on his bowling as you'll get a lot more out of him. At least get him upto a level with his bowling where he is useful to you and then maybe shift the 2nd bowling net over to batting if you're still desperate.

His got worthless cons his bowling wont be useful until next season anyway. I'm more likely to stop training my 19yo strong/resp batsmen at superb and give him his batting net as bowling net. The difference in the 3rd batting net is having a sensational 19yo or having an exceptional 19yo.

I would definitely change that batting to a bowling. Bhutia made the U19s with only 2 batting nets & crap conc - your guy will still make it, and could possibly even get a bowl, AND be 100000x more useful to you once the U19s are done with him.

But it's up to you.

Not going too bad, Dylan went for 20 odd but Holly doing the job at the moment and Munroe still to come, looking for 350.

Just beat CricketFanAA. I gave in to temptation and played sorta-full strength, mixed up a little bit, to see what ratings I could get. Nothing to get excited about :(

Holly falls right after making his maiden OD ton, star. Probably a good time for it too, his stamina is only med and Munroe usually blasts a quick 50 in these situations. Keane still going strong, if he stays in he'll top his HS of 160.

EDIT: Munroe hits 2 4's in his first 3 balls, gun.
