wilberforce only really needs 1 batting net. at the age of the 20 giving him 2 nets is waste really he only trains marginally faster than if on 1 net. change one of the field nets to stamina, and give him this for the rest of the season. perhaps rotate the fielding net between gleeson and mills? judging by the wage, on 1 bowling net, he'll easily be a strong bowler by seasons end.

then again, by the looks you've been quite neglectful towards your sides stamina needs. this should be addressed at some stage imo.
