You'll Never Walk Alone
Decided to try and get back into BT in time for my crucial 20/20 clash. This was essentially a playoff for the second spot.

Haha, was about to have a huge whinge, but my tail has just gone beserk and we won in the last over!!

C'mon HUURSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTT

BT20 is great, isn't it? The results are frequently stupid, it makes no money, it knackers your players for real competitions if you bother to compete, and it screws everything up.

So in every respect bar the money, just like real Twenty20.

...aaaand it's knackered again. Just like my players, who don't appear to have had PFL updates. Joy.

Edit: Oh no, there go the PFL updates, just too late to set orders accordingly. Ah, and commentary as well, hurrah.

Edit: and that's my 20th consecutive win this season. Keeping this run going is the only reason I'm putting out first XI players at all in BT20. :)

Cup Final:

Mud Poodles 230/7
Dissanayake 3-49, Whitehorne 3-66, Lancaster 1-32

Asterix XI 231/4 (43.1)
Watkins 93* (109), Lancaster 59 (64), Ashton 50 (66)

Code:
         [B]	Mud poodles Asterix XI[/B]
Top Order: elite elite
Middle Order: wonderful masterful
Lower Order: respectable mediocre
Seam Bowling: exceptional elite
Spin Bowling: phenomenal elite
Fielding: competent competent
Was a bit worried at 110/3 with the top order gone, but Watkins and Lancaster secured the win eventually. Breaks a five-season cup drought and keeps alive my (now very good) chances of a treble.

International Captain
Game hangs in the balance. Clegg was supported nicely by Duggan, Lennon and then Khulekani, before a late collapse robbed me of a chance of reaching 270. On top for now, but I must keep the wickets falling. Still batting left in his side

Cup Quarter Final

Whenuapai 249ao
Clegg 126*, Duggan 44, Lennon 45

Warriors Nation 81/3 after 15 overs
Denvers 2/9, Khulekani 1/20...
