Had my first draw in ages yesterday (usually either thrash or get thrashed). Basically I was resting about half my team so when the opposition got 430 first dig I got a bit worried and raised my declaration target thinking they're a good side and I didn't want to declare early, but I batted too long made, 852 and only had them six wickets down for 158 at the close of day three, so close

Forgot to rest my current players for today's game, Elmes currenty on 157 off 109 and we've just got to 300 off 40 overs for the loss of two wickets against SKW, a side I've played probably 20 times over the years.
