Haha yeah, didn't see anything wrong with it.

Games are up btw. Bowled them out for 81 and chased it in 6.5 overs, Canning opened and got 45* off 18.

Had an easy win in game 2, bowled them out for 51 then chased that up in 6 overs for the loss of 1 wicket. 2/2 so far.

Haha, what? All I said was 'boohoo' and offered to help if anyone wanted to see their commentary.
Haha sorry, was meant to be taken the other way. As in, you were doing people a huge favour in offering to give them their commentary and I was being sarcastic. But I'm not funny.

ANYWHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Brackenhurst - 217/0 (20 overs)
Burnip 151* (73)
Hindle 62* (47)

beat

squad bake - 112/10 (15.5 overs)
Moore 38 (26)
Holmes 5/21 (2.5)
Hindle 4/21 (4)
Singh 1/29 (4)

So yeah, like wow. Playing on TIE, which I was worried about. And somehow win really well. Got all Mediocres on TIE as well, very happy. Burnip's 50 off 21 in 4.3, 100 off 49 in 12.2 and his 150 off 72 in the last over. Hindle was good support and then my spinners had a party. I know it's meaningless 20/20, but still. :D

EDIT: LOL. How crap do you feel when an opposition batsman already has fifty racked up and it's only the 4.3rd over?

Was pumped by some Div IV team in my first 20/20 match, and then i hammered some poor bloke with woeful/abysmal ratings today. My openers Stroud 153*(68) and Harris 85*(53) remained unbeaten on our way to 246, before Meyer, Verhoeven & Groves knocked them off for 24.

No pops :( Moloto should pop to Superb batting next week though.

Some shower of ****e has managed 145 against me when Patel, Pace and Summers are bowling. Absolute joke - they wouldn't even see the ball let alone hit it.

Had a bit of scare in my match with the side i was playing getting a decent score. We chased it with 10 wickets to spare and 10 balls. Still would have liked an easier win for the NRR boost. Got a side with proficient seam bowling next, so im going to play a full strength batting line up to make sure i win.

There is now a BT20 tab in the player stats bit, just saw Armstrong had gone 598 runs before being dismissed in BT20 today. Just shows how ridiculous the paucity of semi-random dismissals is.

598 runs with only 1 dismissal isnt too bad imo, could even say that it shows how random wickets dont fall often enough.

Awta.

Sandtigers CG, slow and low:

Sandtigers 159-4 (20)
Q East (8 U-19 caps for WI) 87 (50), E Nosworthy 55 (52); G Harris 3-31 (4), M Maidens 1-21 (4), D Tuck 0-27 (4)

Dynamo Morpork to bat

Last two overs gave six runs to East, three wickets, and six dot balls. Fairly confident of chasing that given that they're lacking two bowlers.

Haha. I love the why he complains the game is too random, then just below complaining it isn't random enough.
Where have I said the game is too random? Most games are tediously predictable.

BT even managed to make the chaotic death overs in OD games completely boring and formulaic.

Because every time your bowlers struggle, despite having higher ratings, then you jump to the conclusion that it should happen, as if just having highly rated bowlers should buy you success. Go look at the sunshine for a while or something.

That's because of the consistent but wrong balance of the engine. I'll pretty much always take a wicket in the first 5-10 overs, usually 2-3. Then the middle overs guff starts and unless there's a significant mismatch I'll be lucky to take 1 wicket in the next 30 overs (if it's humid or something, then Patel might rip a few out in quick succession). There are virtually no semi-random dismissals in OD or BT20 and the pitches don't behave like they should. This is all partly because Allan seems to have some sort of in-game morale that's far too overpowered like team morale used to be.
