Completely going against everything I stand for in attempting to throw my playoff match on Friday. My league is so tough that I run onto the side of bankruptcy every few weeks and I'm sick of selling big-name players to stay afloat. It's a cruel circle and it's ending this week.

It can't be that hard to finish in top 4 for D5 Australia and make a profit, you really must suck.

Unless D5 Australia have improved out of sight your probably in a tougher then average league. So you probably are better off going back down and hope that you can promote into an easier league next season.

Haven't decided yet if I'm going to throw my playoff yet. Playing a side pretty even to mine, with a couple guns including an Sri Lankan NT all rounder. They don't have a great amount of depth so I could (should) beat them. But I have little chance of finishing in the top 4 in the league I will promote to. Plan was always to stay down for another season atleast.

BT20 groups are up. At first glance should easily claim 2nd spot and will challenge for 1st.

I've got two easy meat div VI'ers, and one really odd div V winner, whose top 5 players total around 320k BTR, yet he never manages better than competent ratings. Strange.

Oh, and I buggered up the promotion tables (twice, publicly on sledging; oops). Have even more of a monster div IV next season than I thought, and stand pretty much no chance of staying up barring acts of God.

Anyone free for a friendly this weekend, or are you all concentrating on BT20?
