What should I do to maybe turn him into an all-rounder?

Definitely a conspiracy with these youth pulls...

Their stamina is very good for a youth pull, so they could easily cope with the rigours of being an all-rounder. Depends on what training slots you can spare otherwise and how old they are and how good your other prospects are. Looking at your match ratings he's probably one of your better bats already?

Hmm, this guy is my best YP yet in terms of ratings, pity he's 19yo already. About time I get a half-decent one after a season and a half:

Nice bowling, secondaries and stam aren't too bad and also makes him my best fielder. Can't really train him much, might just keep him on for a season or two as he is before selling him. I'll give him a go in the friendly against Hoggy which starts in an hour or so. Won't be around to watch it unfortunately, so good luck Hoggy.

Im playing against Kipper XI which i think is someone from here. I made 4-358 which is pretty decent and they are now 2 for 81 needed to score at 7.8 to win the match. So id say im looking alright for this friendly.
