Man that was disappointing, was crusing at 6.5 an over for most of the match and then there gun bowler (17k BT rating) came back on and ripped through my lower middle order. The lower order hanged around for a bit, Dowdall 9 off 33, to give us a total of 244. Ellis was the pick of our batsmen again with 80 odd, but once his stamina hit he got knocked over. Really need to get his fitness up very soon.

End of Over 45: 244-10, runrate=5.42
Conn 7-1-26-2
Dowdall* 9 (33 balls)

Im playing Clicky Bah a Div II team in Sri Lanka. Im pretty sure they are playing a 2nd XI, so i might be able to pull off a win. I got 8k in gate receipts, pretty crap really.

I have been badly underestimated by my cup opponents, who are fielding a second-string side. Either that, or they are concentrating on the league. Currently got them 161-4 off 28 chasing 318.

The Baconator

International Vice-Captain
Think I overestimated mine a bit, or they underestimated me. Rested Umar and couple of bowlers against the bottom side in Div I expecting to get rolled, and only came up 46 runs short in the end. Ah well, league's more important.

WOOOOOOOOOO

Managed to beat Chaulky in a thriller today... i'm stoked!! :)

After Viveash made 7-300 from the allotted 50 overs, with Wainwright 118(118) and Nash 61(44) making the runs, and Walton 2-40 the best of the bowlers it looked likely to be an easy win for Viveash IMO

However, once again Stroud, 106(87), came to the rescue for Clapo's XI, and secured the match with just 2 balls to spare. Beevers being the best of Chaulk's bowlers with 2-50.

Once again my team defied the ratings, and pulled a victory out of nowhere... and i'm stoked W0000000000000000
