In terms of batting, he's got two strong or superb batsmen at 3 and 4 who bring up both his top and middle order ratings. So I'm basically considering going hard and fast, or something like green to help out the bowlers. Thoughts?
My pitch is Hard and Fast for our Cup match, so maybe just see how well your guys play. My pace attack is worse then theirs, so see how much your batsmen smash my attack around. Also i have three strong batsmen, so you can also maybe see how effective Canning and co are against similar batsmen, slightly worse off course. Basically just use my match as test if you want.

blkbeauties 3/315 from 50.0 overs
Rayno 1/51 (10.0)

Anchormen 4/319 from 48.0 overs
Mcmillan 165* (143)
Gray 69 (65)
Johnston 47* (35)
Bhutia 26 (46)

Great win, they're the team that I lost to thanks to a 7 wickets-for-9 runs collapse last time, so it's good to notch up a win. Mcmillan is definitely an opener, two consecutive 150s in the league, plus Gray hit some runs as usual, and I was happy to see Bhutia making 20-odd and Johnston finally batting as a superb/resp should. Bowling was terrible, but ah well. Mcmillan also hit feeble experience :-O

Solid ratings...

Off to a great start versus trev's team. Benjamin took 4 early wickets and their run rate was under 4. But I changed my orders, swapping Fordham and Weerappuli in the batting order...but I forgot to change the bowling order. So now Fordham is bowling, and his first over went for 15.

He'll probably go for over 100.

Gah.

Beat trev's team, btw. We were looking comfortable but then the ol' collapse came into effect and we had a few ducks. Got home in the end. My first win.

Given that Terry's now popped to respectable keeping, do you reckon he's good enough to replace Parr?

I would play him, when my keeper hit respectable, he started to be a lot more consistent as a keeper. But i guess it really depends on the strength of your middle order. If you doubt that Parr will need to bat, then your probably better of waiting till Terry is respectable bat, so he can contribute more to your batting.

Percy Dadd, chairman of the Battrick Cricket Council (BCC) has declared today to be "Update Free Day" - at least until we can replace the string in the server and get them working again.

Updates occurred in Australia but have failed in other countries, including training updates. We'll nudge the techies into action. Sorry about that.
