I'm sorry mate, I said I'd play a slightly reduced team but forgot to set my orders last night and thus all of them played. Sorry again, can't have been much fun watching that.

Why am I tempted by this guy? How quick do secondaries pop when you're 26/27?

EDIT: Made a bid, not sure whether it is worth is but I've free nets and cash so why not.

Probably about 8-9 weeks, something like that. If you give them a bowling and fielding net they'd be at about sensational-superb bowl (and feeble-prof bat, woeful/feeble fielding) in 25ish weeks. They'd then be worth 8-9 million I guess. Obviously they could do with a stamina net as well.

On the Twenty20 front, Wikus bowls an unbelievable last over, but im still set 154 to win on a H&F pitch, should get it comfortably, but who knows.

Code:
End of Over 20: 154-3, runrate=7.70
Wikus 4-0-15-3
Chatterton*	51 (42 balls)
Miller 2 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Stringfellow c. Johnson b. Wikus 83 (FOW: 152/3)
19.6 2	Wikus to Miller
Miller tries the slog sweep and gets a top edge into space on the on side.
19.5 W	Wikus to Stringfellow
Johnson takes a great bat and pad catch at silly point.
19.4 1	Wikus to Chatterton
Forward, played out to mid on for the single.
19.3 .	Wikus to Chatterton
Outside the off and a bottom edge. Chatterton wanted the run but Naylor is quick to field.
19.2 1	Wikus to Stringfellow
Outstanding save from Allison! Stringfellow creamed that to the covers and Allison dived full length to his left to cut off a boundary.
19.1 .	Wikus to Stringfellow
Good line and length. Stringfellow can do nothing to score off that ball.
This over coming after Poke, my next best bowler, not too much worse, was hit for 17.

EDIT:

Code:
End of Over 7: 66-3, runrate=9.43, reqrunrate=6.85 (154-3)
Tembo	2-0-13-1
Hocking*	35 (22 balls)
Allison	0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Johnson Run Out 0 (FOW: 66/3)
6.6 W	Tembo to Johnson
 	 	A miscommunication leaves Johnson stranded.
6.5 W	Tembo to Hiller
How Miller hung onto that one, I'll never know. And he may have landed badly, here. He's limping slightly as Hiller passes him on his slow return to the pavilion.
This could be the worst loss since scaly's BT cup final loss.

EDIT2:

Should win, glad no more wickets have fallen.

Code:
11.3 4	Tembo to Allison
Beautifully swept off the middle of the bat for four.
And that's his fifty! Well played.
11.2 .	Tembo to Allison
Slower delivery, cut to point, Chatterton fielding.
11.1 1	Tembo to Hocking
Flicked off his feet to deep square leg.
And that's his fifty! Well played.
Allison is on fire, 22 balls for his 50, 27 for Hockings

Won my match comfortabley. Hocking has now 123 unbeaten runs off 66 balls, with 12 4's and 6 6's. Sounds destructive enough for me.

No pops and i forgot to reset my Twenty20 tactics to change, so all my batsmen are on attacking instead of very attacking. I was also going to fiddle around with the bowlers, but im playing a Div I side, so im going to get smashed anyway. Won my friendly last night against one of my old league rivals, chased down 311 in 46 overs. My 2nd highest chase ever after the one against Asterix (1.5s) XI

I'm thinking of taking Strouds batting net off of him, and giving it to Moloto. THoughts? I figure that Stroud is only superb at 19, whereas if i give Moloto a 2nd batting net, he should make quality by the time he's 19.
