Steyn isn`t a concern, as he`s doing better as an opener, but Schooney needs to score this match, or most likely be dropped. Would like to see what Barr can do down the order as well.

Yeah, but it means that when the next season starts you can practically make 3 YP's straight away with 3 ITS. That way, you have 3 chances of getting a good trainee right at the start of the season.

The value is that getting a good YP early in the season result's in a full year of training where as one late in the season you miss out on a lot of training. Yes there is a limit on the amount you may put on one player if you have a Superb Academy it is 35 ITS for a 17 year old.

Overall you want to get at least 3 YP's in the first 3 weeks and in these 3 weeks you have to pray to get a good one.
