BTW, haven't been in the office much this week, so haven't had a chance to congratulate you for Sunday. Well deserved win, but felt a little bit hard done by, A, as I felt I had the edge on the ratings, and B, as it was one of those games where the score doesn't really tell the full story. An eight wicket margin tends to suggest I was thrashed, whereas I thought we bottled you up quite effectively, and we might have had a chance had I possessed someone better than Edworthy to throw at youfor the death overs. But Canning was the difference between the sides, so well done.

Yeah, I was quite surprised that I did win that, given that you clearly had the better batting ratings. Was helped massively by Erasmus coming in and taking your last four wickets in 5 balls, and as you said, Canning really did make the difference between the two sides. In terms of bowling at the death, have you tried finishing it off with one of your spinners? Obviously you'd have to use a different type of bowling orders (maybe sets of 5 or something), but I know I was pretty happy that it was Edworthy bowling at the end.

Oh and Adam, have you seen an old friend is on the transfer market? Sterling Gillespie. Bit rich for me at £1.5M, but he's getting to the age whereby you could ramp up his secondaries and make him a tidy player - Though probably not at your level.
