If I'm honest, I'm not quite sure how it works, but that's how both Wisden and Cricinfo rank them alphabetically, so I presume I should follow.

I'll make a list in the same way as the last round later.

Yeah I haven't heard that either. Works differently for some names, like Imran Khan is almost always called Imran. Wonder what Khan Mohammed goes as though.

Ah, I didn't know you could do that. It's listed differently in a couple of other places, but yes, all names from now on will be taken from Cricinfo.

I knew this would run into problems at some point, and thought it might well be this.

Wouldn't it be prudent to just carry on the same way ? It will only lead to confusion - what about people who have picked Zaheer Abbas, Zaheer Khan etc. ? Just my two cents

I think that it's only Zaheer Khan who this applies to, as far as I can see, as Imran Khan and Zaheer Abbas are both listed under their first names.

You mention the "same way". The way I'm advocating now is what I tried to do for the last round, but somehow Zaheer Khan slipped through the net. At this stage, I can't really tell Howe_zat, "Sorry, I'm wrong, you have to pick someone else".

I'm afraid Wasim Akram is most definitely under W in this case.

I'm aware this is rather difficult, especially as I keep having to check I'm saying exactly what I mean.


If you think it would be beneficial, I'll write a list of all the Pakistani and Indian players ( who I think might have a chance of being drafted) and what letter they'll come under?
