A bowling average difference of five is quite large. It’s difficult to put two bowlers that far apart in average in the same class, even given all the limitations of purely looking at stats. It would be the same as comparing a batsman averaging 55 and 45. You’d have to have a lot of mitigating factors going in your favor to make up that difference.
