Have heard his name before but didn't knew much. Honestly went Jayasundera as I have read an article on Sri Lankan pacers and how he probably is still the fastest (probably isn't, but the writer claimed so).

Read the whole Thread, was an interesting read. Came to know of a couple cricketers never heard of before. They do go on to talk of Jayasundera as well

I am pretty sure he regularly opened the bowling, probably medium pacer like Barnes more likely.
