On the ABdV selection, I think a good many people on CW would prefer him keeping to Boucher and I honestly don't think the difference in quality between Boucher and Waite is that sizeable. Clear, sure, but not massive. There's also the problem that when composing an RSA team you always want to select one or two more in that #6–8 range than can fit, which selecting de Villiers largely nullifies.
