What's the logic there? For every high position in the odd rounds, you get a low position in the even rounds so it kind of balances out technically. The only time there really is an advantage is if it's round 1 and, even then, the double pick at the end of the round is quite nice as well.

For each odd round you kinda get to pick advantage over the others and the even round is like the advantage lost. Going down the order is more often than not worse imo, albeit overall slightly.
