The Glamorgan coach got sacked for going off about this to Asian players. Amongst other stuff.

So funny it's a thread on here and started by an Asian poster

Tbf many a times it's just genetics. Not sure Vipraj or Asif are much older than they claim to be.
Yep my first day of high school met a guy who looked 40 and he was 13!

The biggest beard for a teenager you'll ever see. Then you've got Luke Littler only just 18 and he looks far beyond his years.

Just with bigger populations than the UK. Asian countries more likely to have more anomalies of young men looking like older men.

Genetics do play a role. Now Sri Lankans and Bengalis are related. We don't see many such players from SL or BAN. SL has a superb record keeping system where births and deaths are registered by multiple authorities. I understand BAN is way behind in this aspect. But age faking or at least allegations of such is rare among Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan players.

Recently bcci is conducting bone test. Its pakistani north indian and Bangladeshi phenomenon. Here in south india we have compulsory birth and death certificates. It might be because south india is richest region in subcontinent and has average per capita of 3.600 dollars ( more then sri lanka)
