Anyway, apologies for the delay. A rare outbreak of not not having a life.
Pretty poor showing in the final week, with only one of our number calling both GFs.

So rips wins it in the grand manner with a maximum and a weekly extra to give him a whopping great 9 point win. Congrats and the fairest of play to him.
Somers takes the silver in a good showing for the union boys and morgie and I share the bronze with even a countback being unable to split us as we scored the same amount each week. Johnners just misses out by virtue of tipping one game fewer correctly.

It's that time of year when Australians get all a quiver as their two favourite football codes contest their respective finals series and the rival sports' fans battle for tipping bragging rights.
The AFL starts its finals series a week before the leagueists this year, but we're keeping the same system:
Scoring:
Correct tip in week one of finals: 1 point
Correct tip in week two of finals: 2 points
Correct tip in week three of finals: 4 points
Correct tip in Grand Finals: 8 points
-Weekly bonuses for the week's top tipper(s) to be used for tie-break purposes.
-If tippers cannot be separated by points or bonuses, placings will be decided by total number of correct tips.

Hawthorn Hawks vs. Sydney Swans (MCG)
Geelong Cats vs. Fremantle Dockers (Kardinia)
AFL Elimination Finals
Collingwood Magpies vs. Port Adelaide Power (MCG)
Richmond Tigers vs. Carlton Blues (MCG)
Get involved, tell your mates, don't by shy, roll up, no jibbing, etc, etc.
