Advice on county team to manage for a challenge?

Having started off with Lancashire and won everything for the last 3 seasons I feel there is nothing much left to do at the club. However I am interested in managing another side which would really provide me with a challenge.

I am unsure as to which club would really do this, I know Derbyshire are not exactly great, yet some people have already done this.

Can anyone reccomend a club to take on where I could turn them round, in particular a club with a poor starting team but who will at least be given an average budget to turn things round with.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

worcestershire have a pretty crap team and have quite a few old players, they have a huge budget when you start too

Cheers Lyell, but i'm looking for even more of a challenge than that

Also a couple of other people have already been them, although it could be enjoyable with Hick being a class player ( I know I had him at lancashire for 2 years averaged 60+)

What I don't want is a scenario where after the first season i bring in a couple of quality overseas players and start winning everything again.

I thought of Durham or Lecistershire but they actually appeared quite decent when I examined there squads.

Perhaps Glamorgan are the team, they appear to be quite bad, but i don't know how I would react to losing every week :-O
