Will have to get hold of a copy of this game, no chance of me being up at 5 this morning. On the face of it must be pretty disappointing though, they had Foley out, Cousins and Cotchin as late withdrawals and we still couldn't turn them over. Didn't turn up for the first half. On top of this Jesse Smith got injured again playing for NB reserves.

Why would Buckley take North instead of Richmond?

Richmond has a massive membership/fan base, has way more wealth and in my view has a better list.

Not sure about that.

I can understand if your using the two games against the other filth as a reason, but Essendon have a game very well suited to Carlton. Collywobbles on the other hand don't have the same gameplay advantage.

The two best sides we've played this year (so naturally big games) were Saints (got within 10 points, so was a great effort) and the Bulldogs (smashed them).

I think we're up for the big games. Just need to keep that dirty grub Didak and the elusive Davis quiet.

Need big games from Betts, Kruzer and Gibbs.

Hopefully for you guys, Judd's ambassadorial duties for Visy don't leave him too tired to concentrate on his footy :ph34r:

Reckon we'll lose to Carlton - we always do. Personally, I think its because our players are scared that the moral leprosy might be contagious if they have too much physical contact with the scum, and hence give them a bit too much lattitude.
