Ricciuto and McLeod are easily their 2 best ever players. You can argue both, depends on what you define as a better player, consistency over a long long period, or match-winning brilliance and performing on the big stage more often. Its fairly futile, and for all we know McLeod could have 2-3 years of brilliance left in him.
Ben Hart is 3rd IMO, extremely underrated and a great servant. Then I'd have Modra. Bickley was very very solid, but Modra was the better Crows player for what he did in his peak had a bigger affect on the club than Bickley's consistency, and even leadership. That's only my opinion though, and I am fairly biased towards Modra since he was a dead set legend.
Darren Jarman's an interesting one, considering he was so prevalent in their GF wins.
Btw Pasag, I only think Ricciuto is underrated here in Melbourne because of Buckley, Voss and Hird. When in reality, Ricciuto and Robert Harvey deserve to be side by side with those three.
