Just on Addision, thought he was ever so slow in judging that Murphy's kick wasn't making the distance,

Struggled first couple of weeks, but was actually one of our best in the game against Richmond, which everyone ignored, and then was quality against Brisbane.

lol'd when Mick Sheahan, On the Couch earlier this year, asked him what Brisbane's game plan was

Vossy's response: "That's a good question"

What's he done wrong from a coaching POV?
His team has absolutely no game plan when the opposition come out of their backline, either from a kick in or a contest in Brisbane's forward 50. They either stroll out like they are running around witches hats, or just switch play and Brisbane have no idea how to place any pressure. It's like Voss missed the memo about the press over the last 2 years.

On top of that let's not forget his reaction when he was asked "what is your game plan" by Mike Sheehan on On The Couch.

"Oh that's a massive question".

No its not Vossy, it really isn't.

Edit: I see Howard already referenced this

Yeah the way in which Essendon have been allowed to just stroll out of half-back has been ridiculous.
