Signs have been there for months tbf. We'd lost our ball movement game completely ages ago, and were getting bailed out by ridiculous performances by Heeney, Warner and Gulden every week. Eventually that was going to end, but now they've fallen off the cliff too

Only watched about 5 minutes and it was woeful

Kick went to someone alone in the middle who tried to punch for some reason but only succeeded in hitting it to Port who goaled as a result

Heeney was a one man army for 3/4 of that game and once Campbell and Warner got into it they were a different side. But honestly, Heeney two of the best marks and one of the best clutch goals you’ll ever see and just a ridiculous game all over. Deadset top five players in the comp easily. He doesn’t play they lose by 40

It doesn't matter the sport, you can instantly recognise the true behemoths in just how much they absolutely, resolutely refuse to lose a game. Just personally unacceptable to them to do anything but win.
