You can only say that the defence counsel has to try everything in its power to get their client off, however having said that, surely it must be done in conjunction with the client. So you would think that they would have ran the case by Shuey before hand. If that is indeed the case, and Shuey still went ahead, it's a dog act.

How they can try and paint Lindsay Thomas as the criminal after he was the one getting elbowed in the sack is just disgraceful. Shuey quickly making a reputation for himself in the league. Even if it was his advocate, not him, perception is reality.
