Johnners

Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Pretty sure the only way that's going to happen is half the North team loses limbs. We're so so so bad.

Is like half the team cbf, getting smashed at the clearances, and then even when we've had extra numbers down back we're still getting beaten to the ball.

Somebody tell these comms that this game is being televised nationally

They're totally flat when Brisbane kicks a goal, by contrast they're over the moon when North score

We're missing the 'berger so much, Longer's showing some promise but he's been smashed in the ruck most weeks.

Eagles will give the flag a massive shake if they get Kennedy back, and have a fair run on the injury front

With their talls, they have a point of difference

Their midfield (Shuey, Kerr-ey, Priddis) is blooming like an embryonic rose in the Spring time too

Round Nine Tipping Update

Another good week for the combined might of CW. Sixes, sevens and eights are the order of the day, except for tozz:

Geelong
Hawthorn
Port Adelaide
Sydney
Collingwood
Adelaide

North Melbourne
Carlton
West Coast
As he managed to tip both teams in the Crows/Magpies fixture and neither in the Giants/Bombers game he gets zips for both. C&P, people, C&P.

Weekly

Vimes 8
Brumby 7
skd 7
Benchy 7
HDS 7
howard 7
Jono 6
Johnners 6
morgie 6
Spikey 6
altoz 5

Weekly .01 goes to Norway and Vimes climbs above Johnners, who once again let QLD patriotism have the better of him.

No change in our top two as both register sevens, but elsewhere Tozz's snafu allows Jono to draw level in sixth and my own seven pushes morgie out of a share of third.

Overall

1) skd 64.05
2) howard 64.04
3) Brumby 60.02
4) morgie 59.02
5) Benchy 58.02
=6) Jono 56.01
=6) altoz 56.01
8) HDS 55
9) Vimes 54.03
10) Johnners 53
11) Spikey 49.02
