wtf, why would I care?Nah you're just spewing you wrote Geelong off and said they weren't the second best team, when they've clearly just stepped it up this season, including beating Collingwood and Hawthorn twice.
11-0.
How the **** did that happen?Tale of woe:
Put on my weekly multi last night.
North Melb 15.5+ points [got up]
GC Titans to beat Dragons (who I go for) [got up]
Reds to beat the Force [got up]
Andy Murray to beat Cilic [got up]
And wait for it... because I was using a dodgy TAB machine it selected Western Bulldogs to beat Saints instead of the other way around like I tried.
FFS.
Was paying $152.50 for a $10 outlay.
You care because you never admit you're wrong on any topic of footy, and hence are too stubborn to do so again here.wtf, why would I care?
My favourite team is NM, second is Western Bulldogs, third St Kilda. I have absolutely no affection for either of those teams. You're just too busy trying to say I'm wrong to concede that they're pretty much exactly level.
I didn't look at the ticket until later in the night when the match had started. Was using one of those machines with the touch screens which are ****ed. So gutted aws.How the **** did that happen?
And didn't you realise when you looked at the ticket and just make the bet again with the Saints?
How don't I? Name a topic I've been wrong when haven't admitted it went it's warranted?? I'm not wrong on this, because I think the teams are pretty much level. Does this mean it's going to be a draw all the time? Ofcourse not. So dumb. You care because you never admit you're wrong on any topic of footy, and hence are too stubborn to do so again here.
How the **** a team that always wins vs. a team that always loses after giving up a lead are level is beyond me.
So many footballers have admitted this is the case, including teams who have given up leads many times (be it against the one club or over the last few games) and when the other team starts to get a run on they admit it.And lol at the thought that the players think about the past matches when they're playing.
Thought you may have seen the ticket and thought it was the universe telling you the Dogs were going to win.I didn't look at the ticket until later in the night when the match had started. Was using one of those machines with the touch screens which are ****ed. So gutted aws.
I have never ever ever heard a player say they think about past match ups when they're in the heat of the game. In fact I'm certain you have made that up.So many footballers have admitted this is the case, including teams who have given up leads many times (be it against the one club or over the last few games) and when the other team starts to get a run on they admit it.
But Benchy knows more about footy than everyone, including former players.
That is totally different than having the past record vs a certain team dictate your mind set. The situation you're talking about is doubting your teams fitness. To state I made that up is pretty insulting. FFS you can act like a dick when you debate sport.
I can confirm that Brereton and Lucas have said as much this year when discussing the leads St Kilda gave away vs. Hawthorn and Essendon were giving away in 2006. They said if it happens twice in a row, it becomes entrenched that when the opposition gets a run on they wonder if the same shattering thing will happen again.
It's not fitness when you're giving up a lead half way through the 2nd quarter. That is totally different than having the past record vs a certain team dictate your mind set. The situation you're talking about is doubting your teams fitness.
And I'm near certain you're making up a player saying they think about last time teams matched up when they're playing.
Ideally they won't play in the seasonal conditions where Jones played test cricket. They should play in a cooler period (from what I read there is a bit of disagreement between the clubs as to when to play).Would it even be possible to play a game over there given the wather? You hear about Dean Jones ****ting himself whilst batting, imagine what the players would experience doing 20km of high intensity work.
