What I don't understand is how the tribunal said there was 'high contact'. There clearly wasn't.

when they changed the rules in 05 or whatever to get rid of that stuff one of the changes was that contact can be with the ground eg slamming a player's head into the ground is high iirc.

i heard some guy say 'high' meant the level of force too but i think that was wrong
