Yup, Ponting, Dravid have had amazingly similar careers as far as stats go...Something similar happened with Dravid too.
Shame with both, honestly... in 2006 i was ready to proclaim them as No1 and 2 in the "best ive ever seen list" if theyd just carried on for a few more years... but imo their form after that was just god-awful, and cannot and should not be ignored. As it is, theyre right up there...
Sobers too averaged well over 60 at one point in his career iirc
