ABD's Australia record is pretty Great. I think he beats Walters everywhere.
It's pretty good yeah - a couple of tons and an average of just under 45. A poor tour early in his career, then two good ones later on.

Walters was stellar at home though. 10 hundreds and 18 50s in 37 Tests, and an average of nearly 58.

Had some easy runs vs India and WI though, his record against England, while good, isn't Great (45). A stellar series to WI. And I actually don't think ABD's early tour was poor. He scored 2 50s in 3 games while opening to McWarne while very young. Average stinks, but I think I will take it as neutral really.

Absolutely no idea. I might be leaning slightly toward South Africa for their batting depth and the all round quality and balance of their pace attack. But Australia has several outstanding players of fast bowling, and if Lillee and Thommo go full beast mode together, anything could happen.

I think it's close enough that Chappells captaincy makes the difference. Smith is too conservative and waits for mistakes generally. You can't afford that approach against a similarly quality team.
