This game is nuts. Both centurions hundred and out caught at backward point due to a lazy waft.

Does England have the firepower left to win it from here? Or has Amir won Pak the game?
Tbh, even if Buttler hadn't got out just then I don't think it was at all nailed on that even he would take us home, but we're almost certainly not getting there now. Shame, but I've enjoyed the match on the whole so nvm

If you’d said before the game that both Root and Buttler would score 100s you wouldn’t give Pakistan a chance.

This match is Pakistan's now. Only one man can win this for England now and that's Wahab. Some no-ball free hits and bye fours can do it. Moeen and Woakes can't.

Only 33 runs in the last 5 overs

Incredible passage of play for Pak given the context of the game.

Moeen has struggled, but Butler had bulk of the strike (17 balls) and managed just 1 boundary off them.

Match losing innings from Moeen. We need a 20 run over now.
Moeen's batting has been a joke for a while now, but he isn't really to blame for this defeat. Look no further than out so called 'attack' for that one; just dire compared to what the WI served up against the same opposition.
