Look we all know where Jos is at as a red ball batsman but all descriptions of this sounded other worldly terrible
he pushed a length ball with no conviction at all and spooned it straight to cover. it was pretty bad.

Always the possibility, depending on what the Hobart wicket is like with a pink-ball Test, that Aus could just leave Lyon out and play all 3 of Harris, Head and Khawaja, with Green and Carey batting 7 and 8.

Dropping Lyon in the past hasn't worked out great and it might leave them a bowler short but if it's a green top could be something to think about.

Please never again. The only good thing we ever got from dumping Lyon was the end of Doherty's career.
