I literally have seen someone suggest Foakes as captain, but I can't remember where it was or if it was serious...

I've heard one or two good things (and I mean that, literally one or two) about Tom Haines, apparently he's taken charge of a completely trash Surrey side at 22yo and has done well in the last year or so?
