Ian Bishop and Shaun Pollock are really good. So naturally they get less gigs then the **** comms.
Bishop, Arnold and Pollock would be gun.

I say in that order because they typically operate with two comms doing the play by play and the third chipping in with an observation or analysis every now and then. Pollock is genuinely great at it.

International Coach
You wouldn't be saying that if he had middled it.
Even if he had, with that mentality he would have been out soon enough.

Its just not needed at all.

You remember him running down the crease trying to smash Herath last year in the world cup?

This was equally bad, hopefully for NZ it won't kill them like that did,

To much ego these days Mc Cullum.

He's like Gayle. Macca had one good knock of 77 against England the rest of his innings in the world cup have been a fail , getting out to silly slogs.
I see Guptil and Williamson are nervous,Trying to run each other out.

His knock against Australia was the only reason they won.

Disagree, McCullum contributed in other innings, the momentum we gained from some of his 20-30 scores was very very valuable.

But 12 (8) doesn't do that at all.

mccullum more miss than hit in his ODI career
Yeah, but that's his role in the side tbf...he's the pinch hitter upfront, and when it comes off it's sensational. The NZ batting order is designed to be able to score runs on the occasions he fails.

I wondered what that loud but distant popping sound was a while ago. I think it was McCullum's bubble bursting.
