yea sides shouldn't lose a review anytime the third umpire has inconclusive evidence. Should only lose it when there is conclusive evidence that the on-field umpire is right. If the third umpire can't figure it out, the on-field decision stays and the review is retained.

However, that doesn't excuse Kohli's behaviour. He knows what the rules are, they were applied correctly, and he should stop being such a prat about it. Second time this WC he's tried to argue with the on-field umpires for a perfectly fine decision made by the third umpire. Ridiculously poor behaviour.
