3rd umpire run out and stump decision

Why 3rd empire decision doesn't show two frame simultaneously for run not decision?

one frame in which any parts of the batsman and the crease are well visible
and the other frame showing when bell's are off simultaneously

and stop the frame the moment when bell's are off and see if any part of the batsman is inside in the other frame.

bcoz many times it is not visible both bell's off and whether the bat is grounded in just a single frame

running simultaneously both frame will make sure whether the bat is grounded when the bell's are off.

Surely if there are bells on the wicket, you could just use the Ring-A-Ding-Meter?

there is no need to use any technology for run-out and stump.

just running two properly visible frame simultaneously eliminate the benefit of doubt.

Having split frames is a recipe for suspicion. How do we know that the frames are actually simultaneous?

Also, would it not take as long to set them up as Snicko?

marc: haven't u seen two frame simultaneously when batsman take run

one frame showing batsman taking run, other the fielder chasing for the ball.

blaze: usually when there is a runout or stump, it try to find the best frame in which both the wicket bell and the leg or bat being grounded is properly visible. But sometime both are not quiet properly visible and the 3rd umpire change from one camera to the other.

One camera which give a good look at the bell but not the bat or the leg and viceversa. And this way become impossible to know whether it is out or not

I don't understand, is running two frame simultaneously not precise?
