He's basically had the same tournament as Kohli. A few fifties without a really impressive ton yet like KW and Root got. Wait til we've had the ashes before deciding if he's deteriorated or not
Re: Smith I think it's more the fact that he's a couple of levels below a ODI bat compared to being a Test bat.

Hasn't reached 75 in 2.5 years (21 completed innings). His WC has been OK overall but I don't know whether he's got the capability of great innings that he has in Tests.

Golden arm Neesh.

How long do NZ keep chipping away before the inevitable Australian recovery?

Well I hope today's game shuts up both NZ whinging and Aussie dick waving. No team is unbeatable.

Unbelievable. Neesham's confidence really seems to be on the up ever since the 5 wicket haul agsibst Afghanistan.

Australia was in a similar situation against the Windies, hope NZ drive home this start.

drop maxwell for the Semis. bring in shaun marsh. this is unacceptable. he's woefully out of form.
in this form aussies are an easy beat in the semis. the batting is woeful and has never improved for over 10 plus years, constantly prone to collapses.

England are also out of form, but if they bring in Roy they have a chance and if its a flat deck.

This Carey guy is good. 1. Warner 2. Finch ... zzz ... 7. Carey.
May be, Khawaja, still looking somewhat suspect, will step up today

Haven't watched in a bit but appears there's a lot of turn on offer and these two have countered Santner by sweeping him?
