The Afternoon session is, and always has been, the middle session in the place that invented the game.

I'm out either way though.

Haha, I've genuinely never known the afternoon session to be anything other than the second session.

What do you expect from a nation that has summer in December?

3 sessions of play are morning, afternoon and evening, not morning, 'made up name because I was wrong' and afternoon.

I thought it was the third session too ftr, but would have said yes regardless, thought Warner was going to get 50 before lunch on the way to a big one.

Yeah, look, I've never known the middle session be known anything other than the afternoon. I think the official names are different because matches start later in England than anywhere else, but meh. I'll try and make it clearer in the future.
