thought so. couldn't work out why people were saying he had to be 11.He can come back at the fall of a wicket.
ODI wickets have generally been flat for 10-15 years though.I think it's more likely a combination of both. There's absolutely zero in the wicket for bowlers. Nothing. In Sydney, where there's been a bit of rain recently hasn't there? I know the wicket won't provide the mix of seam and spin it used to, especially in one day. But to offer nothing to the bowlers at all is just boring cricket. It offers free runs to the batsmen up to an arbitrarily high 'par' score. Even with an extra fielder out, the batsman could still swing freely from the hip, whether it be across the line or down the ground.
I'm sure the wickets are prepared under a universal directive...I just think those giving the instructions have no idea what's good cricket and what isn't. It's like a long version of 20/20 where the bowler is on a hiding to nothing for 3 hours.
Ha ha now I see why!!!Thats a ridiculous amount of red ball marks on the top half of Prasanna's bat.
brad mcnamarawouldn't he have to go through the whole qualification process (4 years or whatever) before he can play for SL? would be a good arrangement for both the team and for Shiv though
Depends on the nature of the injury. No point if he can't run & just swings wildly. Better chance with the no 9.chandimal in next surely
ab would have swept that for six tbhSeriously, how do you play that at the death? 145km/h+ yorkers basically coming at you from short mid off with his height, body shape through the crease, and how he uses the crease.
and he brings down his economy rate. wagi had no idea starc was 0/23 tbh.
Yeah but ABdV's batting gets one of those posts too:ab would have swept that for six tbh
Simply superb accuracy at that pace..and he brings down his economy rate. wag
